These buildings once housed a successful drug rehab center created by the State of Nayarit, Mexico.
I was staff instructor in English here and never thought that someday, like many government projects, this useful site would be abandoned.
My goals are to create a community center to house a boxing club, gym, indoor recreation facilities for children in the age group of 6 - 16.
Along with this, I am soliciting help to teach self help groups on a volunteer basis and to establish talks of ecological and community interest to women of this small rancho.
The primary objective of this center is to give the children access to safe and healthy outlets for their energies and to teach them to say "NO" to drugs.
The secondary objective is to promote community involvement with their environment and to create cleaner and healthier living conditions for the children.
