The owner has decided to increase the price from $35.00 US M2 to $100.00US M2.
Interesting price increase in a very short space of time and not at all the value of the property.
I predict that he will have this property for a very long time at that price.
I am now just leaving this up for the pretty photos.
Due to this and other nerve destroying problems with real estate in this area, I am no longer listing or selling properties.
